Our Statement of Faith
Truth We Stand On

🕊 God
We believe in one eternal God, who exists in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — co-equal and co-eternal. (Genesis 1:1, 26–27; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
✝ Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, born of a virgin, sinless in life, and sacrificial in death. He died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, ascended into heaven, and now reigns at the right hand of the Father as our High Priest and Advocate. (Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 1:22–23; John 1:1–5; Acts 1:9–11; Hebrews 4:14–15)

🔥 The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit makes us aware of our need for Christ, lives in every believer from the moment of salvation, and empowers us for holy living, spiritual growth, and service. We also believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience that equips believers for life and ministry. (John 14:16–17; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:25; 1 Corinthians 12:7)
📖 The Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and our supreme authority in faith, doctrine, and life. (2 Timothy 3:16; Psalm 119:105; 2 Peter 1:20–21)

🙍♂️ Humanity
Every person is made in God's image and deeply loved, yet all have sinned and fall short of God's glory. This sin separates us from Him and leads to spiritual death. (Genesis 1:27; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:2)

💖 Salvation
Salvation is a gift of God’s grace, not earned by works. It is received by placing faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. (Ephesians 2:8–9; John 14:6; Romans 6:23)

🔄 Regeneration
When we turn from sin and trust in Jesus, we are made new through the Holy Spirit — a spiritual rebirth. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

⛪ The Church
The Church is the body of Christ made up of all believers. Christ is the head, and the local church is God’s chosen vehicle to reach the world. We value cooperation with other churches but remain independent and self-governing under Christ’s leadership. (Matthew 16:18; Colossians 1:18; Hebrews 10:25)

🏡 Christian Home
We believe parents are called to raise their children in the truth and love of God. The Church is called to partner with and support families in this mission. (Ephesians 6:4; Deuteronomy 6:6–9)
💧 Baptism & Communion
Jesus gave us two symbols to remember His work: Baptism (by immersion, after salvation, as a public declaration of faith) and The Lord’s Supper (to remember His death, resurrection, and return). These are meaningful acts of obedience—not requirements for salvation. (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26)

🌍 The Great Commission
We are called to proclaim the Gospel in our community and to the nations. Evangelism happens where we are planted. Missions happens where Christ is not yet known. (Matthew 28:19–20)
🔚 The Last Things
We believe Jesus will return physically to establish His Kingdom. There will be a final judgment, a resurrection of the dead, eternal joy for believers, and eternal separation from God for the unrepentant. (Revelation 21:1–4; 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17)
